- 7. How does U fitting drain sprinkler system?Have you had water hammering problems due to these drains?

- The U fitting has an autodrain at bottom. There's a valve that keeps the water from exiting until the water is turned off. Once pressure is in the line its just like a normal sealed line.
We have had no problems what so ever with water hammering or excessive wear from the auto drain. Sorry what's on the site is what we have as fas as specs go. There are some illustrations on the Kits page
